Handles & Wedges

Blacksmiths Depot offers several types of wooden hammer handles and handle wedges. They are designed for use with several of the hammers we sell.  Handles for small eyes and large can be found here.  We sell Jim Poor - Flatland Forge rounidng hammer handles

We use wooden hammer handles specifically so they can be worked to fit your hand. You can make the handle fit into the eye of your hammer if it is oversized.

We also carry a variety of hammer handle wedges. Unlike the flat wedge, the round wedge spreads the wood in many directions and in a similar pattern to your hammer eye.
