Application:
1. Weld: It is mainly melt the solder by heating to a certain temperature to connect the same two materials or different materials of metal together. The specific applications are as follows. 
 
(1) The welding of all kinds of hardware machinery and accessories: diamond cutter, abrasive tools, drilling tools, alloy saw blade, carbide turning tools, milling cutter, reamer, planer cutter, woodworking drill etc. 
 
(2) All kinds of hardware and mechanical parts of the welding: metal bathroom products, refrigeration copper accessories, lighting accessories, precision mold parts, metal handle, whisk, alloy steel and steel, steel and copper, copper and copper and other metals or dissimilar metals’ silver soldering and brazing. 
 
(3) Composite pot bottom welding is mainly used for circular, square and other profiled flat stainless steel pot bottom and aluminum three-layer brazing, it can also be used for other metal plane brazing. 
 
(4) Electric kettle (electric coffee pot) heating plate welding is mainly used for the brazing between stainless steel flat, aluminum and various shapes of cartridge heaters. 
 
2. Heating. 
 
(1) Hot forging it is mainly to heat the work piece to a certain temperature (according to the different material, the heating temperature is also different), through the punch, forging machine or other forms, forging work piece into other shapes. Such as, watch case, watch blank, handle, mold accessories, kitchen utensils supplies, handicrafts, standard parts, fasteners, mechanical parts processing, copper locks, rivets, steel brazing, brazing hot extrusion and so on. 
 
(2) Shrink fit mainly refers that different kinds of metals or between metal and non-metallic by heating the metal, to make use of thermal expansion or thermal melting principle to connect the two together. For example, computer radiator’s copper core and aluminum, speaker mesh’s buried welding, steel-plastic composite, aluminum foil sealing (toothpaste skin), motor rotor, electric tube sealing and so on. 
 
(3) Melting mainly refers to make the metal into a liquid by the high temperature for metal. It mainly applied for iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc and a variety of precious metals. Such as gold, silver melting. 
 
3. Heat Treatment. 
 
It is mainly about through the workpiece heating and other treatment to change the metal material hardness, the specific application is as follows. 
 
(1) All kinds of hardware tools, hand tools. Such as pliers, wrenches, hammers, axes, scissors, scissors (gardening scissors) and other quenching.

4. Annealing.
