Tired of that old cutter style, try one of these clinch cutters. This Jim Poor tool fits easily in your hand, works for the left or right handed farrier. Made from shock resistant tool steel (S7), heat treated to a RC35 on the striking surface, and RC55 on the cutting end. Since the striking surface is softer, farriers won't be ruining their favorite driving hammer just to brake clinches.
