A recreation of light weight vbit tongs originally designed by the late great Grant Sarver of Off-Center Products.
Reintroduced by Blacksmiths Depot in 2012 and discontinued shortly thereafter for cost reasons.
We have brought them back to honor Steve Kayne, founder of Blacksmiths Depot, who passed in March of 2024.
- Drop forged in the USA
- 1045 carbon steel
- 15" Length (all dimensions approx.)
- 11.5" reein length
- 1.5" v bit length
- 2" bolt bow area length
- 1/8" has different configuration than standard (see pictures)
- resilients and light weight too
